This creates space for openness, strengthening self-awareness and self-acceptance, recognizing individual strengths and weaknesses, collaborative problem-solving, and building resilience.

BUSINESS coaching

The focus is on strengthening specific skills, promoting personal and professional goals, and balancing individual performance with ambitious targets. Our coaching supports leaders in intentionally developing their personal and professional strengths and creating a framework for continuous improvement. This enables sustainable growth both for the leader themselves and the organization.

BODY training

Together, we will develop a daily routine specifically designed to reduce stress and strengthen your mental stability. We will create a customized plan focusing on fitness, strength training, breathing exercises, a balanced diet, proper hydration, regular sleep, and meditation. A fitness coach will support you in implementing this plan. If you are taking medication, we will discuss potential side effects to ensure a comprehensive approach to your well-being.

EXECUTIVE support

Managing mental health challenges comes with numerous organizational hurdles, such as finding the right hospital or a support group. We actively support you through this process. Regular check-ins help monitor your mental state and allow for timely intervention when needed. Together, we will create a personalized emergency plan in case your situation worsens.

Licensed Psychotherapist with a Doctorate

To ensure the quality of our coaching and consulting services, we are advised by neuroscientist and licensed psychological psychotherapist Prof. Dr. Jörg Daumann. Prof. Daumann is the Chief Psychologist at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the University Hospital of Cologne. He possesses extensive expert knowledge of state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapy for mental disorders, as well as their neurobiological foundations.

Dr. Sarah Müller
Specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology

Dr. Müller and her colleagues are responsible for the physical part of our check-up. In modern preventive medicine, signs of stress can often be detected at an early stage. A tailored dietary adjustment and targeted supplementation can help counteract these stressors. Additionally, a performance diagnostics assessment is conducted to evaluate the patient's health and performance levels, allowing for a focused training plan if necessary.

Elise Rousse
Sports Coach

Ms. Rousse is a sports coach, yoga instructor, and holistic health consultant specializing in diet, workplace wellness, and well-being coaching. Her personal journey to improve physical and mental health began with CrossFit and a plant-based diet in 2014. In collaboration with Dr. Müller and her team, she develops your customized and goal-oriented training programs.

Kaya Merkel
Coach for Family Support and Crisis Management

From experience, we know that the family members of individuals with mental health issues often suffer even more than the individuals themselves. Mrs. Merkel specializes in supporting and coaching family members, providing the necessary guidance and assistance. She completed her training as a systemic coach with Alexandra Schack, an experienced expert in this field. Furthermore, she brings experience in handling emergency helplines and can offer valuable support during crisis situations.

Taking proactive steps before reaching a point of mental overload is essential. The same applies to continuing recovery and focusing on preventive measures after an acute illness phase.
